Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine Al rs are enjoyed overlooking the sea, having breakfast watching sunrise or dinner while watching sunset. With oil lanterns and candles spaced around the house, you can enjoy an atmosphere that is practically magical. Also there is a family of seals living right down in the water so there is always something to watch!
Downstairs apartment its fully furnished, one bedroom,fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary, WC, 2 terrace and open outside shower overlooking the islands.
Upon arrival complimentary homemade cake and fruit basket.
Shopping can be done ahead for you and placed in the fridge ahead of your arrival.
We also provide BBQ menu.
The house is located in quiet and peaceful part of the island, benefits its a shallow beaches perfect for the children just two minutes` walk. Close to Homers tomb - within walking distance, yet only fifteen minutes by car from the the village Chora.
The area Plakoto is about 13km from the port of Ios so you will need to rent a car.

Ios is a rather undeveloped island - compared to its better-known neighbors Mykonos, Paros, Naxos and Santorini.
Getting to Ios: Depending on where we are coming from, we take one of two means of transport:
1. From Athens` port Pireaus - Fast ferry - about 4 hours
2. Fly to Santorini and then take a 50 minute ferry to Ios.
Guests should plan on renting 4X4 Jeeps for daily shopping and to get around the many great sights and experiences that the island has to offer. We can help with reservations.
